Build a price for your everyday accounting, VAT and audit work below. Something more complex? We'll scope it on a quick call.
We keep your books, priced on what you spend each month: from €24/mo if you are self-employed, from €49/mo for a company, up to €549/mo at the top band. Nine bands, every one priced instantly — and there is no software-only plan, a qualified accountant is on the file either way. VAT, audit, tax and company formation are priced separately below, on your transaction volume. Months we have to go back and do cost the same as a month going forward — no catch-up premium, and no cap.
25% launch discount — a quarter off your monthly and yearly totals and any catch-up months, already deducted. Valid until 31 August 2026. Other one-off charges and government fees stay at cost.
All fees exclude VAT. Government and registry fees are passed through at cost.
Sole traders and freelancers. Send us the paperwork and we keep the books: documents coded, bank reconciled, and a set of figures you can rely on each month. A qualified accountant is on the file — there is no software-only option.
Malta limited companies. Everything above, kept to the standard a Malta company's statutory filings need: coded and reconciled monthly, ready for the VAT return, the annual accounts and the tax return without a year-end scramble.
Every return prepared and filed with the CFR — a monthly fee set by your transaction volume, whatever your filing frequency. Art. 11 small-exempt businesses pay one flat €145/yr declaration instead.
Independent audit for companies that require one. Where a review engagement is enough, it is 55% of the audit fee.
One individual shareholder and one director, filed with the MBR. Extra shareholders, directors and registrations are itemised below.

The money that leaves the business in a typical month — supplier bills, wages, rent, software, everything you spend. Excludes VAT, loan repayments, and transfers between your own accounts. New or seasonal? Use your last three months' average. It sets your bookkeeping price, not the transaction count the VAT and audit tabs ask for.
